Superfast response times for web updates

A European distribution prospect asked us recently how quickly we could upload news and technical data sheets and make changes to specific pages. Our response was, “usually within a couple of hours but certainly within 24.” They laughed (thankfully it was a relieved laugh!) and then told us that they currently wait an average of 14 days and that their IT people had them “by the balls”.
