The new homes market has been a part of Polygon Marketing’s make-up since 1998, when the business was appointed by Bovis Homes to coordinate PR activity in the South West of England, becoming its media buying agency the following year.

Polygon was tasked with promoting Bovis Homes’ showhome launches and developments through targeted advertising and PR. Though a major departure from our motorsport pedigree, the partnership, which from a three-month trial period developed into a working relationship spanning several years, proved insightful and rewarding for all parties.

Polygon was subsequently appointed as media buyer for the Stewart Milne Group in 2007, covering its News Homes Scotland Division across the Central Belt and Grampian and Tayside regions. Following successful campaigns north of the border, Polygon’s involvement expanded to include the same service for News Homes North West England and Stewart Milne’s Timber Systems Division.

Polygon’s involvement with Stewart Milne Group has coincided with a period of substantiable growth for the Aberdeen business and with clear plans to grow in size and reach, it continues to develop and strengthen. Today it employs over 800 people, generates a turnover of £280million and is one of the UK’s foremost independent homebuilding and development companies, with a market leading reputation for innovative advertising across dedicated property portals, social media, traditional press, TV, online video, radio and DM.

Over the last 12 years, Polygon has consistently and successfully navigated an increasingly diverse media landscape to produce wide-ranging, carefully planned and professionally managed advertising campaigns, delivering results year after year to reach specific audiences across the UK with maximum impact and minimum wastage.
