Polygon MD Martin Allerton was in Lisbon over the weekend, providing PR and promotional support from the heart of the media centre at The Portugal Rugby Youth Festival, already the largest youth Rugby Festival in Europe and growing year on year.

This year’s event saw 90 teams, including 35 from overseas, compete across age categories from under-13s to under-19s, with over 300 matches taking place over two days at the Estádio Universitário de Lisboa.

The weekend was a great success, welcoming Boys and Girls teams to the Portuguese capital as the competition grows in strength and stature, giving young people all over the world a unique life experience and the opportunity to compete in a sporting tournament on an international stage.
